On Monday morning, December 18, 2017, members of the Mercer County Sheriff s Office and the United States Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested fugitive Ajderiah Ivey, in addition to Zaire Jackson and Allen Edwards.
They were taken into custody from inside an apartment on the 500 block of Hoffman Avenue, Trenton, New Jersey. Ivey had an outstanding bench warrant for her arrest issued by Mercer County Superior Court for a Violation of Probation.

What began as an arrest of a fugitive, resulted in a court-ordered search warrant and the seizure of weapons.
All three were found to be in possession of an SKS style assault rifle, two (2) high- capacity magazines, a defaced 9 mm semi-automatic handgun, and a .45 caliber semiautomatic handgun.
Ivey and Jackson were charged with unlawful possession of an assault weapon, two (2) counts of unlawful possession of a high-capacity magazine, and possession of a defaced firearm
Edwards was charged with unlawful possession of an assault weapon, two (2) counts of unlawful possession of a high-capacity magazine, possession of a defaced firearm, in addition to certain persons not to possess firearms.
“Our collaboration with the US Marshals Service continues to help us apprehend dangerous fugitives and to take more and more deadly weapons off of our streets,” said Sheriff Jack Kemler.
Ivey, Jackson, and Edwards are being held at the Mercer County Correction Center pending court appearances.
