Free Child Car Seat Check-Up Event at St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center

Do you know that more than 73% of child safety seats are used or installed incorrectly? Make sure your children or grandchildren are riding safely by having their car seat or booster seat professionally checked.
St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center, the lead organization of the Mercer County Coalition of Safe Kids, and the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office will sponsor a child car seat check-up event on Saturday, June 2 from 10:00 am – 1:30 pm at St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center, 2381 Lawrenceville Road, Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Near the intersection of I-295 and Route 206, (exit 69A).
A certified technician will give your child’s car seat or booster seat a free inspection and examine it for correct use and installation. Free activity books will be provided to children.
Inspections will take place in the order of arrival; however, reservations are recommended and can be made by email to jmillner@slrc.org or by calling Jane Millner at (609) 896-9500, ext. 2215.
