Police responded to a report of shots fired in the Area of the 200 block of N. Willow St. The shooting apparently took place at nearby North 25 apartments on Fairway Drive where it’s being reported that two people were hit by gunfire in a shooting that took place just before 3:30 PM Thursday afternoon in North Trenton.

The two victims we’re taking to capital health regional medical center and are being treated for gunshot wounds to the leg & abdomen

The incident is being investigated by the Trenton police joint shooting response team
