Mercer county sheriffs apprehend wanted fugitives
Mercer County Sheriff Jack Kemler announced that at approximately noon on September 20, 2017, members of the Mercer County Sheriff s Office and the United States Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested fugitive VICTOR FORTE on the 200 block of Woolverton Street in Trenton.
Forte, 26, had an active warrant for his arrest issued for assault and criminal restraint stemming from a domestic violence incident that occurred earlier this month in Ewing Township. Upon his apprehension, Forte was in possession of a small quantity of MDMA, commonly known as the drug ecstasy .

“The apprehension of Victor Forte represents the success of our partnerships with the US Marshals Service and local police departments such as the Ewing PD,” said Sheriff Jack Kemler.
Forte was charged further with illegal drug possession and subsequently turned over to the Ewing Police Department due to the active warrant for his arrest
